"The power of pictures! I admit I am horrible at taking progress pictures even though I know everyone says it's what you should do. However I realized I was wearing the same outfit and remembered taking some random pics during a challenge in January. "I have officially reached one year consistency with Jo! Woo!!! There has been so so many ups and downs but I'm happy to have pushed. I can't tell you enough to stay consistent! I know it's difficult and it's okay to take breaks, but make sure to always come back for yourself. It is so worth it and rewarding. You can do it girl. I reached my goal weight around January and honestly began going to the gym in March, 3-4 days out of the week. Regardless, I continue doing Jo's workouts everyday.
