Setting small daily goals has been transformative for me on my postpartum journey.

There is no such thing as a “too small” goal - keeping it simple is always better! 

A small goal for me is to apply SPF daily. To make this easier, I set a goal of applying it right after I brush my teeth in the morning.

Even though this might seem like a really small goal, it is just as important as the big ones! Setting attainable goals has helped build my confidence because I am actually able to do them consistently. The more confidence I have in myself, the bigger my goals get!

Hi, I'm new here.  I did the Gospel workout today and I just loved it. I'm in horrible shape, but I'm trying really hard now to keep moving towards my goals.  I wasn't sure I'd be able to complete it, but I absolutely loved it! It really helped me to see the time before the next movement each time! this helped me to not give up!  I'm a mom to 5, and a Gigi to 2. I love Jesus and it was a joy to exercise to worship music! I'd love more of that! Thanks and God bless you all!

Back on track for the millionth time, Just did todays workout was already half way into giving up but started repeating Jo's words out loud I got this, I want this, this feels good I can finish and I finished 💪

Taking one step at the time and also working on my nutrition following a calorie defict.  

Im a mom of 3 beautifull childeren but boy I find it so so hard taking care of myself too
