WOW this Lazy Luteal Series has felt so good, all week last week I felt just bleh and "puffy" and this movement has been SO needed to release some fluids and get my body moving.
How are you ladies feeling? ✨

Hi everybody,
I love the GWJ Home site!!!😍
I'm new here and I have a (personal) question for you. First I have to say that my English is not that good, sorry for that.
I am fighting a eating disorder (telling this because I want to be honest about the situation and my question). But beside that I want to know what you ladies think about my question (If even possible forget what I say about my ED):
If you workout for like 5-6 days a week and you take 1 day for rest, like stretching or even a full rest day with time for yourself. Are you than consistent? Or do you have to workout for like 7 days a week? I know most of the workouts are low impact but I do some other sports (running 1 x per week and tennis 1-2 x a week and some strength and spinning). They always told me that a rest day is much needed for your body, but I don't know anymore.
I also want to do more of the workouts from here by themselve and not with another sport.
I really like the morning walk and I do this like 5 times per week. Is this enough?
help me out please and thank you for taking the time for reading this!!
xx Lisa
Day 3 of doing these workouts consistently, and I’m actually enjoying it! I love picking my video the night before so I can preview it, it makes me more excited for the next day. Waking up is the hard part, but once I’m up and start the workout, I feel ready to tackle my day! I can’t wait til I get to the point of being able to post a progress photo 💪🏻 We got this!
Hi everyone!
It’s been a year since I had my baby and I feel like I need to work on my body to get it back in shape. I stumbled upon these workouts on Instagram and these workouts seem so doable! I just finished today’s workout and it got me sweating! And I was able to do it while my little one napped! I’m excited to see what comes of this!
hi all! New member here super nervous and excited to get started. Looking to drop unwanted Pounds and staying consistent.
Hello, I have been consistently doing the 20-10-5 workouts by themselves. Are those enough to make a difference or are those only meant to be combined with the other series? Note: I have been increasing the weights up to 10, should I go higher in weights?
Hey ladies what are you ladies doing to lose the weight and gain muscle? I know how to drop weight but never could put on muscle or grow muscle. What foods? I don’t eat meat. And which workouts on here are great for glutes growth?
I need help guys. I wake up at 5 am, M-F to do the scheduled work out. I stay under calories. I can't lose.I have been in the same weight range since March (I had an IUD put in and also surgery to remove endo). Last week I got the IUD out as it wasn't working for me, now on a pill. Is this why I can't lose? my hormones? I'm so exhausted. It takes everything in me just to do these work outs....
Hi everyone!
I finally took the first step today to start feeling like myself again & putting myself first after having my babygirl. Excited to get my body moving, start feeling better, & get this weight off! (Heaviest I’ve ever been) just completed 2 workouts in my living room & I'm feeling great. Excited for this journey! 😁
Hello homies ! I am new here and so excited to become a part of this community. I am currently 6 months PP and ready to take back control of my body. Before I had my baby I was very active in the gym and had decent eating habits but with breastfeeding hunger and PP as a whole I have really let myself go. I am ready to take back control of my body and give it the love it needs.
