Been struggling with my workouts. Last week I felt so deflated and tired from all the work I’ve been putting in. My weightloss has been slooow. I’m 40 years old and started this journey Oct 2023 at 220lbs. Now I’m 200lbs as of today. 

I know this is the best way to lose weight and keep it off but my brain keeps fighting me. 

This weekend I kept repeating to myself consistency is key. I need to really remember that.
