Hi, I'm Jo

I built the program I wish I had.

After my first baby, I didn't have a gym, a trainer, or a plan. I had a few minutes a day, an exercise mat, and a decision to keep showing up for myself, even imperfectly.

It took three pregnancies to fully understand it. I didn't lose the weight fast, and I stopped trying to. I came back to the same four things every time: strength training at home, taking my steps, eating in a way that supported my body, and practicing consistency even when nothing felt like it was working yet.

Those four things became the STEP Method, and they moved the needle every single time. What worked for me became something thousands of women needed too, so I built growwithjo: built for real life, not perfect conditions.

I started working out at home on a mat in my living room. No gym, no fitness background, just a decision to show up for myself.

My first pregnancy changed my body, and I had no idea where to begin. I leaned into a beginner's mindset, shared the honest parts including pregnancy, and started helping more women along the way.

I launched the growwithjo app with quick, effective workouts, and it became a home for women to gather, grow, and support each other.
