Each month you can expect a new monthly calendar to follow along to so that you never have to “guess” about what workout to do next. On growwithjo home you can also find all of my videos free of ads! One of the most important things to have on your journey is a community. This is one that I am proud to say…is the most supportive community ever! Within the community here you can share your progress, seek motivation, and find your new best friend!

What's the difference between growwithjo.com & the growwithjo app?

If you are feeling confused, let me clear things up for you! 


growwithjo home is for the gals that enjoy on-demand videos that you can follow along to with NO ads! It is also the perfect place to join if you are looking for a community of supportive women to connect with.


Each month we embark on a new journey together by tackling our monthly calendar (and challenges) inside growwithjo home! 


** growwithjo home is currently just a web based platform separate from the growwithjo app ** 


The growwithjo app is available on the app store and google play store. Inside the app you can follow along to workout programs, on-demand workouts, and past live workouts! You also have access to tools to help you improve your nutrition habits through the “meal plan” tab. It provides you with 4 different options of meal plans to choose from, and if you aren’t a meal plan girlie you can explore the cookbook tab with over 45+ healthy recipes to choose from. If you aren’t in the mood for a workout and want to wind down the “balance” tab is your go-to spot! In there you can listen to podcasts, sleep sounds, meditations, breathwork, and even daily devotionals!

Can I use my mobile phone?

You can use your mobile phone to watch your workouts through your phone's web browser! 


Just head over to your web browser, type in growwithjo.com, and login! 

Can I cancel any time?

We’ll be so sad to see you go! If you’re looking to cancel your account, you can do so by these steps: 


how to cancel your growwithjo home subscription:

  1. Head over to growwithjo.com and click Login. 

  2. Once you’re logged in, hit your profile in the top right and select ‘Profile’ 

  3. Go to ‘Purchases’

  4. Under your Active Plan, select ‘Change Plan’ 

  5. Select ‘cancel’ in the bottom right


how to cancel your growwithjo app subscription:


on iPhone & iPad

  1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.

  2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "growwithjo = meal & workout".

  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

You can also cancel through the App store by following the below steps:

  1. Goto the App Store » your Profile » Subscriptions.

  2. select "growwithjo = meal & workout" and click "Cancel Subscription".

on Android


  1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.

  2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "growwithjo = meal & workout" » click "Cancel Subscription".

  3. Your subscription to growwithjo = meal & workout will now be canceled.

How do I request a refund?

My password isn't working.

If you are unable to log into growwithjo home please follow these steps below: 

  1. Make sure you put in the email address you used to sign up 

  2. Tap “forgot password” to create a new password 


If you follow both of these steps and are still unable to log in, there is a chance you might have purchased the growwithjo app and are using your log in for the app on home. They are two separate platforms so your account cannot be used interchangeably.

How do I get the 30-day free trial?

I am so excited you want to start your journey with me!


To take advantage of the 30-day free trial all you have to do is go to growwithjo.com and tap “subscribe” in the top right corner. Then put in your information.


You can see on the bottom right of the screen the “total” is “Free for 30-days” then you will be charged $4.99/month after the 30-day trial period!

How do I join the monthly challenges?

Word on the street is you are ready to get consistent? ;)



Here is how you can join the monthly challenges! Here is all you have to do:

  1. Hit “subscribe” in the top right corner of the website

  2. Put in your information

  3. First check out the “calendar” tab to get a glimpse of what is happening this month

  4. Then if there is a specific challenge running for the month go to the community tab and enter the “homies” group

  5. From there you can join the pinned challenge directly from the community group!
