Walk the Weight Off in 10,000 Steps

Yes, you read that right! In today's workout, we are walking 10,000 steps! It's going to test your endurance, and it's going to be intense, but don't you worry I have put in some water break checkpoints to help you check in with yourself. 

These water break checkpoints also serve as a marking point for where you can come back to the workout and try to surpass it! If you're committing to doing the full 10,000 steps with me today, make sure that you have a cushy mat or shoes to protect your feet.

This is a long walk and will take some extra effort from your calves and pressure on your feet. As always, take this workout at your own pace. I like to stay on the beat to keep my body moving but if you are unable to follow the beat, it's okay! Find your own beat, your own style, your own grove!

So happy I completed this workout. I had to take five half way through but kept at it and did it. Lived for the water breaks in this workout!!
