"The power of pictures! I admit I am horrible at taking progress pictures even though I know everyone says it's what you should do. However I realized I was wearing the same outfit and remembered taking some random pics during a challenge in January. I have been feeling not great about my belly area so I thought it might be helpful to compare and I was shocked. I had already lost about 30 lbs on the left and was feeling great. About 20 more lbs down on the right. So this is my reminder wherever you're at in your journey to take the dang pics and keep taking them!!"

"I have officially reached one year consistency with Jo! Woo!!! There has been so so many ups and downs but I'm happy to have pushed. I can't tell you enough to stay consistent! I know it's difficult and it's okay to take breaks, but make sure to always come back for yourself. It is so worth it and rewarding. You can do it girl. I reached my goal weight around January and honestly began going to the gym in March, 3-4 days out of the week. Regardless, I continue doing Jo's workouts everyday.
