We've made canceling easy and hassle-free. Follow these simple steps:

• Log in to your growwithjo account.
• Go to "My Account" in the upper right corner.
• Click "Purchases & Payments".
• Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.

Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

We want to be fair, so here's how refunds work:

• Eligible for a refund? If you've been charged within the last 7 days and haven't used the platform, you may be eligible for a refund.
• Not eligible? Refunds typically aren't available for older charges or heavily-used accounts, but reach out. Sometimes we can make exceptions.

To request a refund, contact us at support@growwithjo.com with your account email and reason for cancellation, and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.
