Subscription Services: Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before your renewal date through your account settings or by contacting us. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any questions or concerns.

How to request a refund for the growwithjo app (Apple)
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

How to request a refund for the growwithjo app (Google Play Store)
Go to play.google.com
Tap on your Profile picture in the top right corner
Click on “Payments & Subscriptions”
Click "budget & order history"
Pick the order you want and click "Report a problem"
Select an option that describes your scenario
Complete the form and note that you would like a refund
Click submit
