Refunds & Cancellations

If you are looking to request for your purchase for either growwithjo home (growwithjo.com) or the growwithjo app, you can do so by following the steps below. 


How to request a refund for growwithjo home (growwithjo.com):


Please send an email to support@growwithjo.ca with the below information: 

  1. Your first and last name 

  2. Email address associated with the account 

  3. Any feedback you'd like to share with us, as well as the reason for the request. 

How to request a refund for the growwithjo app (Apple)

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund." 

  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

  4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

How to request a refund for the growwithjo app (Google Play Store) 

  1. Go to play.google.com 

  2. Tap on your Profile picture in the top right corner 

  3. Click on “Payments & Subscriptions

  4. Click "budget & order history"

  5. Pick the order you want and click "Report a problem"

  6. Select an option that describers your scenario 

  7. Complete the form and note that you would like a refund

  8. Click submit

  1. Go to play.google.com

  2. Pick the order you want and click "Report a problem"

  1. Select an option that describers your scenario 

  2. Complete the form and note that you would like a refund

  3. Click submit
