How to cancel your growwithjo subscription:

We’ve made canceling easy and hassle-free. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your growwithjo account.

  2. Go to "My Account" in the upper right corner.

  3. Click "Purchases & Payments".

  4. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.

💡 Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.


Refund Policy

We want to be fair, so here’s how refunds work:

  • Eligible for a Refund?
    If you’ve been charged within the last 7 days and haven’t used the platform, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Not Eligible?
    Refunds typically aren’t available for older charges or heavily-used accounts, but reach out—sometimes we can make exceptions.

📩 To request a refund: Contact Us with your account email and reason for cancellation, and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
