Absolutely! The workouts are designed with modifications and scaling options so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
You'll benefit from having a set of dumbbells (light to medium weight), but modifications are provided if you don't have any equipment.
Most workouts range from 20-40 minutes, designed to fit into your real life without taking over your entire day.
Life happens! This challenge is built on progress, not perfection. Simply pick up where you left off and keep building your momentum.
Yes! All workouts are designed to be done at home with minimal space and equipment.
