GWJ Home website is well worth the price (I'm a cheapskate and never buy apps) but this gives access to the workouts and schedule.  I can schedule my favs or follow the monthly scheduled workout. I can mark workouts completed and it turns green.  (It challenges me to have green all over the month!) There are monthly zoom calls with inspirational tips plus additional videos specifically for nutrition, form, counting calories, stress relief, etc.  and new vids are released all the time. I love it!

Yaay! I was on my way to shower before grocery shopping but saw this new video.  I just did it and love it.  I will definitely be back tomorrow!  👍 It's a little challenging on some of the exercises so I know where to work more.💕

I enjoyed watching this.  I was wondering if you can change the scheduled time occasionally so people with a 12 hour time difference can hop on the call?

1pm in EST is 1am in Kuala Lumpur.  Or 9am EST is 9pm in KL.  Or 6pm EST is 6am In KL.

I struggled with the Legs workout yesterday but today I only feel a little sore.  I'm ready for the dance workout on the calendar.  But I am definitely doing that Legs workout again this week because my legs look slimmer today.

Yep it is probably that your abs aren't strong enough.  But I did notice the first month that Jo works the entire core back and abs so I was often sire in my back.  Take a day off if it's really sore but lowering the intensity will help. If you are consistent, you will have a beautiful back and abs.
