good morning Raven! Todays workout on the schedule is PERFECT for that and has even helped members close a 4 inch DR gap. Start there, and try doing the first half of the workout to start. The second half is a little more advanced, so take it slow or just focus on the first part for now! I've linked the workout for easy access! You can also search 10 minute daily core restore in the search bar on the workouts page to find one that you can do daily to make steady gradual progress! So happy you're here Raven!!

Hey Sarah! If you hit the schedule tab, it makes it super easy for you to do the scheduled workout that most of the community is doing together! If you want to add or replace, you can add any of the workouts from the "workouts" page to your calendar, and build your calendar out according to your preferences. the great thing about adding them to your calendar is you can keep track of the workouts you have completed, and even favorite the ones you've enjoyed most! Hope this clears things up for you and you feel confident tackling your goals!
