I had to switch up Wednesday’s workout to Thursdays due to timing in the morning. I want to say I love how you can see videos for future dates and play them. It really does help and then I don’t feel discouraged. 

this 20 min workout was great!

Wow what an incredible workout. I can’t believe this is low impact. Kicked my butt and I loved it.

Kickboxing is always hard for me. My coordination is horrible but I did it! And boy did I sweat. 

Needed this one this morning. Felt so good.
