No, I don't necessarily follow the schedule. I do what I feel for the day but it is always a mix of strength and cardio with core work. If I am short on time I use the shorter workouts, when I have time I go the distance a d get sweaty lol I hope that helps!!!! Just do what makes you feel good and be consistent. The results will come.

I have just been doing low carb high protein and I use and app to help me with calorie deficit. I do intermittent fasting so I only eat between the hours of 12pm and 8pm. This works for me because I like to do my workouts before I eat.

I cried a little during my workout because I wanted to give up but I just kept pushing. I did the 10 minute core and day 4 of the 20-10-5 workouts. When I finished I smiled because I didn't give up!!! I feel stronger and proud!!!! Keep going everyone we can do this!!!

It's been 3 weeks of consistency and the change has started!!! I am so happy. I have more energy and overall just feel better. I started at 150 pounds and I am now 140 pounds with a goal of 130 and then maintaining while building up some muscle.Β
